(Note: The adapter is an additional purchase)
1. Extend the square telescopic tube until the spring
clip engages.

2. Holding the adaptor near its hinge-pin, place the
solid steel tongue as far into one of the keg’s top
drain holes as the housing will allow

3. From this position the adaptor will hang down the
side of the keg, the tube’s end resting on the
cellar floor, and the whole tool standing like a
letter ‘T’

4. Now hook the Kegcheck onto the outer end of
the T’s cross piece, just as you would on the rim
of a smaller keg but with the Kegcheck needing to
be pulled in a downward direction.

5. Grip the Kegcheck handle with your strongest
hand, palm downwards. Steady it by holding your
wrist with your other hand and slowly press
downwards until the bottom rim of the keg is off
the floor. The correct amount of the keg’s
contents are now shown by the pointer on the
36 Gallon scale.

Please apply same precautions and conditions as when using Kegcheck only.

The Kegcheck PLUS allows for the additional
measuring of 20 litre and 30 litre Kegs. The scales
for 20 litres and 30 litres are in red. 20 Litre Kegs is on the Left-hand side of the scale
and 30 Litre Kegs is on the Right-hand side.
The Kegcheck works in exactly the same way as
for standard UK Kegs up to 22 Gallons (as
described overleaf).
To assist with any conversions we have also placed
two tables on the Kegcheck website Gallons to Litres
and Litres to Gallons.
